TRACK PROTECTION is a simple and efficient protection against accidental pallet jack collisions with:
- thermally insulated walls
- fully automized palletizers
- critical zones inside the logistic area.
TRACK PROTECTION is composed by an abrasion-resistant rubber bumper with a section size of 120x60 mm. Inside the bumper there is a 100x10 mm section size steel-plate vulcanised with the rubber.
The steel gives the security bumper its robustness, meanwhile the rubber got a shock-absorbing function. The rubber avoids that the energy of the collision will be transmitted to the uprights anchored to the floor.
